The Health Careers Center for Excellence (HCCE,sq. footage 21,000) was remodeled to LEED Silver standards. It achieved 26 points under LEED CI 2.0 in March 2010. This is 1 point below the Silver rating which starts at 27 points.
The HCCE is operated and maintained in accordance with LEED CI (commercial interiors) 2.0 standards.
