A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction:

Noel-Levitz Employee Satisfaction tool is employed. Since 2005, KCC has used an internal Climate Survey to assess employee satisfaction. In 2009, the college decided to replace it with Noel-Levitz Employee Satisfaction Survey which was administered to full-time employees as a pilot project. Part-time employees will be surveyed in the future. The Noel-Levitz instrument is a standardized, online survey that once completed is directed to Noel-Levitz’s central database. Noel-Levitz sends us anonymous survey results that we then analyze. The President’s Cabinet has reviewed these data and will be collaborating Human Resources, the Strategic Planning Oversight Committee and the Office of Institutional Effectiveness, Planning, and Research to continue the analysis and make recommendations about how to address areas in greatest need of improvement.
