FIE employs full-time as well as part-time employees. Salary is based on above noted hourly rate, which meets the UK requirement. Additionally all employees, part-and-full-time, have access to FIE employee benefits, including but not limited to, child care support provisions, gym membership, public transportation travelcard loan, and access to professional development funds including conference attendance and relevant training courses. These are not in-kind benefits but provisions for all FIE employees in addition to their stipend. Part-time employees, as well as full-time, can opt into the company supported pension scheme.
