Criteria
An institution earns 1 bonus point when it has engaged students, academic staff, and non-academic staff in one or more participatory budgeting processes during the previous three years. Partial points are available. An institution for which at least one of the three stakeholder groups have been engaged in a participatory budgeting process during the previous three years earns 0.5 bonus points.
