Criteria
An institution earns 1 bonus point when it publicly and comprehensively discloses its lobbying efforts, as evidenced by a website or regularly published report that details the efforts taken by the institution and/or its representatives to make their positions or views about laws, policies, and/or government practices known to politicians and public officials.
Measurement
Report on the current status of the institution’s policies and/or practices and the most recent documentation available from within the previous three years.
To qualify, an institution must proactively disclose its lobbying efforts through its own channels. External websites and reports do not qualify in the absence of these proactive efforts.
