UNB has four level 2 chargers located on campus outside the Richard J. Currie Centre at 15 Peter Kelly Drive. A valid UNB parking permit is required to use them, and they cost $1.50 CAD per hour to use.

UNB partners with the City of Fredericton each summer to take part in Fredericton Bike Week. As part of the event, UNB holds Bike to Campus Week where they encourage all campus users to commute by bike. All those that participate and post on social media using the event hashtag are entered in a draw for prizes at the end of the week.

Anti-Idling Policy: This policy was approved in March, 2018 to limit the unnecessary emissions from campus fleet vehicles.
SafeRide: This program provided through the Student Union provides a free drive home within a designated area for all UNB and St. Thomas students. Students can use SafeRide by waiting at one of the pick-up points on campus for a van to arrive, then giving the driver your student ID card and the address of where you're going.
