The Open University has done an anual questionaire for the evaluation of the staff satisfaction : 2015 and 2017 regarding only the administrative staff; 2016 regarding only the teachers.


A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation (including examples from the previous three years):

The satisfaction evaluation procedure has been implemented according the implementation process of the ISO 9001 quality certification that has been undertaken by the Open University so it is a norm to adress the topics raised by the evaluation in order to get the certification and its renovation.
