Results were put in context of other institutions of similar characteristics.

A brief description of the most recent assessment findings and how the results are used in shaping policy, programs, and initiatives:
While the survey indicated that 92% of students felt safe at Saint Michael’s, 55% of black or African American students reported having to hide some aspect of their identity to fit in. 64% of students believe diversity is fully embraced within our campus culture, with 82% of students reporting that school leaders are visibly committed to fostering respect for diversity. The survey also demonstrated that significant work needs to be done to close gaps in the student experience that connect to students' racial/ethnic identifications, and the College has made major revisions to internal structures designed to address racial justice and equity in recent years. The survey's purview over the student experience also has made clear the need for attention to staff and faculty experiences, recruitment, and retention.
Are the results of the most recent structured diversity and equity assessment shared with the campus community?:
Yes
A brief description of how the assessment results are shared with the campus community:
Results were shared in multiple on-campus meetings for faculty and staff, including meetings for Student Services professionals, Administrative Council, and various area meetings. Significant portions of the survey results were also available for the community in the College's 2020 self-study as part of our regular accreditation process.
Are the results (or a summary of the results) of the most recent structured diversity and equity assessment publicly posted?:
