A brief description of how the institution meets the criteria:
SUNY Orange seeks to support underutilized business by purchasing products from the New York State Industries for the Blind which include janitorial supplies and uniforms, office products and stationary supplies. In addition, the College purchases maintenance and cleaning products from WATTS International and office supplies from S&B Computer & office Products, a certified small and women based business.
