Based on notices from IRS, New York State and American Payroll Association, the Payroll Director ensures that the minimum wage is met through reviewing ADP reports for any employees receiving below minimum wage followed by an email to HR followed by a final ADP report review when all wages (if any) have been updated and prior to effective date.
