End date Dec. 31, 2019 Dec. 31, 2010

A brief description of when and why the GHG emissions baseline was adopted:

The university first engaged in performance contracting with an energy savings company in the calendar year 2010. The initial project focused on two large facilities; the Jacobetti Complex and University Center. Then in 2012, the performance contract was extended to twelve additional facilities on campus. The baseline year for both of these performance contracts was 2010.

Figures needed to determine “Weighted Campus Users”:
Performance year Baseline year

Number of employees resident on-site 0 0
Number of other individuals resident on-site 0 0
Total full-time equivalent student enrollment 6,698 9,273
Full-time equivalent of employees 961 1,191
Full-time equivalent of students enrolled exclusively in distance education 195 16
Weighted Campus Users 6,358.75 8,643.50

Adjusted net Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions per weighted campus user:
Performance year Baseline year
Adjusted net Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions per weighted campus user 5.04 Metric tons of CO2 equivalent 5.39 Metric tons of CO2 equivalent

Percentage reduction in adjusted net Scope 1 and Scope 2 GHG emissions per weighted campus user from baseline:
