A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction:
Niagara College conducts a Climate Survey every three years which evaluates employee satisfaction including areas such as tasks and responsibilities, satisfaction with supervisor, college communication, recognition, and diversity. The third party organization responsible for conducting the survey is able to take the results of the survey at Niagara College and benchmark Niagara College against similar institutions; public sector and private sector.
