A brief description of the postconsumer food waste composting program:

Dining Services at Niagara College has a post-consumer food waste composting program throughout the college including Benchmark, Bench-to-Go and cafeteria services at Niagara College. All bins supporting post-consumer organic composting have clear signage indicating what can be composted. There are composting bins located throughout the entire campus which is available for employee and student use after meals as well as to support catered events in an around the campus. Extra composting bins are available for a catered event upon request.
