Does the institution offer a condensed work week option for employees? The institution does not have to offer the option to all employees in order to earn this credit.:
A brief description of the program:
Niagara College offers flexibility hours in the form of a condensed work week; however, it is a case to case basis to be approved by individual supervisors. The Support Staff Collective Agreement has a provision which stipulates terms and conditions to implement compressed work weeks where possible. Also, the Academic Collective Agreement allows faculty to only be on site during scheduled class time and as long as faculty can prove all other work related requirements are being completed, they are free to work from where they please.
