All new construction must incorporate rain gardens for storm water flow control and filtration. LVC presently utilizes 5 rain gardens for this purpose.

All new construction will be designed to meet LEED Silver standards. An emphasis is placed on LID and specifically rain garden use and to review opportunities for riparian buffers.
