REMP posts quarterly sustainability newsletters in bathrooms around campus. The newsletter addresses local and global environmental issues and movements and gives advice on how to incorporate sustainable practices into everyday living.

The Sustainability Initiative at Ithaca College facebook page posts news on national and global sustainability efforts, events, news, and technology. Our Eco-Reps and REMP also have Twitter and Instagram posts, available through our main web page.

Within the buildings green features are explained. For example, above the low-flow toilets, there is an explanation of what they are and how to use them.

In the Park Center for Business and Sustainable Enterprise, a permanent video display features a loop of the sustainable features of the building.

An alternative transportation guide is provided during Orientation to incoming freshmen and transfer students; the guide is also available to continuing students. Alternative transportation methods for faculty/staff are also offered by giving all employees free memberships to the TCAT bus system.
