The DEIB Assessment was sent out to students as a survey during 2020. This survey was developed in partnership by the Office of DEIB and Institutional Research.
Note- survey was offered during the pandemic and the response was low as a result.

A brief description of the most recent assessment findings and how the results are used in shaping policy, programs, and initiatives:

Among total students, a majority express support for a more diverse and inclusive campus but far less agree that it is currently diverse or inclusive. As a result of the findings, it was clear that there is a need to bring the entire campus community into DEIB conversation. This work has been ongoing since the 2020 assessment by developing grassroots DEIB initiatives with support by faculty, staff, and students in the areas of programming, curriculum, and inter-department relationships. Below are survey results in the main topic areas surveyed.
• Building a diverse and inclusive campus community should be a key goal of Endicott: 89% of respondents
• Our campus is diverse: 11% of respondents
• Our campus is inclusive: 46% of respondents
