Yes

A brief description of the DEI trainings for sustainability employees:

Endicott's award-winning DEI@Work training, intended for students to complete prior to starting their three mandatory internships and designed to educate students on the importance of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) in the workplace, was adopted as mandatory training for all Office of Sustainability staff. This training was slightly adapted to feature more environmental justice/sustainability topics, therefore exposing students not only to DEIB training but also serving as education on important environmental justice events and history so that OOS staff are more knowledgeable about the movement.

-collaborated with the Office of DEIB to develop the Sustainability staff DEIB training
-Native People's Listening and Drum Circle during Sustainability Week/Native American Heritage Month to bring awareness to indigenous culture
-annual College Cleanse Move Out donation collection, where items like school supplies, toiletries, non-perishable food, and gently used clothing are collected during move-out and donated to local shelters and organizations to distribute to people in need
