A brief description of how sustainability is included in new employee orientation:
There are two orientations each year where the director of sustainability gives an overview of the sustainability program and suggests way for new employees to get involved in sustainability. There is a table hosted by the Office of Sustainability to answer any questions and the director gives a 5-10 minute talk regarding sustainability, Colgate's Sustainability Behavioral Competency, and the Employee Sustainability Passport Program.
