It is the policy of SUNY Oneonta to comply with all local, state, and federal statutes, rules and regulations concerning the use, transfer, and disposal of hazardous materials. The purpose of this instruction is to ensure that the State University College at Oneonta is in compliance with the OSHA Hazard Communications Standard (HCS) 29 CFP 1910.1200.
An annual training is provided to custodial and other relevant campus staff.
