All of the degree programs were analyzed to see which of them included a course relating to sustainability. Then the number of FY2022 graduates from each of those programs was summed together.


A list of degree programs that require an understanding of the concept of sustainability:

All BS Environmental Science students in the Bayer School of Natural and Environmental Science are required to take ENVI 251: Principles of Environmental Science. In the MacAnulty School of Liberal Arts, undergraduate students in the African Studies program are required to take AFST 150: Introduction to African Studies.

All graduate and professional certificate students in the Environmental Science and Management program are required to take ENVI 670: Environmental Biology. All graduate students in the One-Year MBA are required to take MGMT 731: Sustainability Tools and Processes.
