A brief description of the review process:
We utilized internal reviewers to complete the Pre-Submission Review process, one was independent of the data collection process and one was directly involved in the data collection process. Each reviewer used the provided template to go through each credit. Once complete, the review was turned in to a third member of the office and they addressed comments and provided a response to each reviewer. The reviewer went back through the report to ensure comments were addressed and re-returned the completed form to finish the the review process.
