The policy attached is from our third-party contractor who provides all custodial service for our campus. This is the policy currently being used.

Texas A&M uses EnergyCAP software to track and tend the EUI, consumption and cost for each building. In addition, all buildings over 5,000 GS are metered for ELE, CHW, HHW, Steam, DCW and the data is available in real time so that trends can be analyzed.
