A brief description of the undergraduate degree program:

The BS in Environmental Science explores how the various biological, physical and information sciences intersect to shape the natural world, while examining the impact of humans on the environment from multiple perspectives, including political, legal, economic, cultural, and sociological. You’ll use these lenses to analyze and interpret scientific data, conduct lab and field research, and examine solutions to many prevalent environmental issues.

A brief description of the undergraduate degree program (2nd program):

BA in Sustainability and Environmental Policy, you’ll connect the complex subjects of sustainability, environmental science, and environmental policy as you explore the scientific, social, and cultural aspects of our most prevalent environmental issues. Through this interdisciplinary lens, you’ll learn to perform statistical analysis, conduct environmental sustainability research, and develop ethical solutions that enable humanity to better coexist with the natural world. The program culminates in a transdisciplinary capstone project in which you’ll explore an environmental topic you find most meaningful.
