1. Institutional Analysis: Inclusion survey in collaboration with the Canadian Center for Diversity and Inclusion (CCDI) in 2019 for all HTA staff. 2. ÉTS Effect consultation on the place of women at ÉTS with staff and the student community in 2018: qualitative approach in the form of focus groups. 3. Consultation with the ÉTS black community (staff and student community) in 2020: qualitative approach in the form of focus groups.

A brief description of the most recent assessment findings and how the results are used in shaping policy, programs, and initiatives:

The survey conducted by the CCDI showed a lower sense of inclusion for those who identify with the Black community. The consultation, in the form of focus groups, made it possible to deepen the understanding of the realities experienced and identify avenues for action. Follow-up on the report's recommendations is the responsibility of the HRP-IDP committee.

Yes

A brief description of how the assessment results are shared with the campus community:

For the survey with the CCDI, a communiqué with a summary of the results was issued. For the consultation with the Black community, a press release and a document summarizing the highlights and stating the recommendations were shared on the ÉTS website, as well as on the institution's social media.
