Our recording is pretty simple. We keep a master spreadsheet of all reported injuries/illnesses throughout the year. If they are OSHA recordable, they are added into an OSHA 300/300A Excel template. Files are maintained for each incident and, moving forward, will be digitized into Banner Document Management for storage.
