A brief description of any internal sustainability professional development and training opportunities that the institution makes available to non-academic staff:
Sustainability training is presently tied to all aspects of human well being and diversity. RWU offers a wide variety of safezone trainings and mental health first aid opportunity to all faculty and staff. Additional opportunities for training include areas related to anti-bias and other efforts at the university for our work with students as well as the overall conditions of the workplace and campus culture.

A brief description of any external professional development and training opportunities in sustainability that are supported by the institution :
RWU is a member of the Rhode Island Higher Eduaction training center that offers curriculum and content for employees to take advantage of. Curriculum includes employee wellbeing and diversity content.

Additionally RWU provides full access to employees to LinkedIn Learning where their is various content related to sustainability for employees to avail themselves of.
