The Diversity & Affirmative Action Officer serves as a primary resource to the University on all Diversity & Inclusion, Equal Employment Opportunity, and Affirmative Action related matters; counsels and supports University leadership and Human Resources team on issues related to diversity and inclusion; collaborates and partners with the University Community to manage opportunities to enhance diversity & inclusion at the University by the design and implementation of outreach recruitment and the development of resources and techniques to recruit qualified persons from protected classes; develops and delivers compliance & diversity training programs that promote respect, inclusion and cultural awareness for faculty, staff and students at the University.
