A brief description of the vegan dining program:
At the Einstein Campus, complete-protein vegan options are offered every day with 4-6 items on the hot line as well as offerings at the salad bar. In conjunction with on campus Nutritionists, a Wellness Program is being developed to review the current menu and provide health related signage as well as a rating program to better highlight these offerings.
At the YU Campuses, there are daily salad bar options that include beans, nuts, sunflower seeds as well as tabbouleh and quinoa. As well as pre-packaged vegan options available at the convenient store located on campus.
