A brief summary of results from the assessment:
The object of the survey was to inform the university of the undergraduate student's current understanding of sustainability and their efforts to perform sustainable practices. It also was meant to provide an opportunity for students both to express what they think the university should do to increase sustainability and to state what they would like to know more about. The results showed that greater than half of those surveyed answered less than 40% of the environmental questions correctly. The survey, therefore, proved useful in that it illustrated a need for greater knowledge about sustainability among the undergraduate students of Yeshiva.
