Throughout the academic year, the Office of Sustainability circulates a monthly campaign to a broad list of stakeholders. The content features an area of the Yale Sustainability Plan 2025 and highlights Yale's goals and progress, campus initiatives, academic engagement, tips for behavior, news and events.

Yale Sustainability maintains a presence on Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Instagram and other social media platforms.

All LEED buildings have posted cards that highlight their green features. These are also documented on the Office of Sustainability website.

Yale Dining uses a campaign called 'More This, Less That' to promote a plant based diet. Posters are hung in dining halls throughout the academic year. https://hospitality.yale.edu/sustainability-core-value-yale-dining

Yale has several urban meadows on campus (no-mow zones) which are identified by signage which explains the benefits of reduced mowing.
