Narrative outlining the data collection process used in the preparation of this report:
The Associate Director of Mission and Identity and University Sustainability Coordinator reviewed the report and identied topic areas. Topic area oversight was then identified and assigned to stakeholders at the University. The Office of Institutional Research (IR) then contacted these stakeholders and either gave them acces to the report or in the case of smaller or partial oversight of a section provided them with the questions directly. IR then compiled the answers in the report. IR and the Associate Director of Mission and Identity and University Sustainability Coordinator reviewed the report prior to its submission by the Associate Director of Mission and Identity and Sustainability Coordinator.

IR and the Associate Director of Mission and Identity and University Sustainability Director reviewed the report prior to its submission also provided "Guidance and Definitions" section as necessary. IR and the Associate Director of Mission and Identity and University Sustainability Coordinator also fielded questions and provided clarifications on any uncertanties.
