Although WPI's green activities are not formally green certified, that are many activities taking place. For example, the Events Office encourages the use of on-line meetings such as webinars and zoom meetings. Catering offers serviceware that is sustainable and compostable. The Events office works with HVAC to have space conditioned based on occupancy. Recycling and waste containers with appropriate signage is placed in catered venues. The events office forms remind event holders to consider sustainablity in holding their events.
