The Dean of Students regularly conducts a survey of campus climate for diversity and equity; the last survey was conducted in 2012. We will be hiring an outside firm in the 2015-16 academic year to do a campus-wide equity audit. This audit will look into the campus climate, including issues such as: identity, privilege, biases, safety, and comfort.
