An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides confidential and voluntary counseling referral services free of charge to employees and members of their family household.

Wellness at Williams is a program designed to help motivate employees and their families to get and stay healthy. In addition, it can help to better manage health care costs for all employees.

Wellness at Williams is a series of health improvement initiatives intended to heighten the awareness of faculty and staff about the importance of healthy life choices and how they relate to healthcare premiums. The program is completely voluntary, totally confidential, and includes a direct financial incentive.

Any employee who is the subscriber in a Williams health insurance plan is eligible for the incentive. A subscriber is the person who carries the insurance on behalf of the family.
The wellness program encourages habits of wellness, increase awareness of factors and resources contributing to well-being, inspire and empower individuals to take responsibility for their own health, and to support a sense of community through education and initiatives that support employees in making healthy choices with their work and home lives.
