Has the institution conducted a survey or other evaluation that allows for anonymous feedback to measure employee satisfaction and engagement during the previous three years?:
No

Percentage of employees assessed, directly or by representative sample:
0

A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction and engagement:

We have a new employee satisfaction survey that will be sent out soon (it has been delayed due to Covid and other circumstances).

A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation:

The College has a Staff Committee that regularly takes up and discusses issues of concern to staff, but we have not conducted a survey in the recent past (within the past 3 years) on employee satisfaction (as noted above, a new survey is expected toc be disseminated soon). HR does exit interviews when people leave or retire. HR also started a pilot program called “Stay Interviews” to gather information from employees about what they value in their work and to proactively identify any issues they see impacting their work and work satisfaction from high-performing employees. The exit interviews involve an online form and the option for an in-person meeting with a HR partner. If actionable information is received, HR may take steps to address them in conjunction with the person’s manager.
