The 3 Star certification level requires an overall GreenPoints™ total of 175, which Whitman's met, but it also requires a minimum of 10 GreenPoints™ in each of the following categories: Energy, Water, Waste, Disposables, Chemicals, and Food. We currently have not met that 10 GreenPoints™ minimum requirement in Disposables (currently have 7.75 GreenPoints™) and Water (currently have 8.85 GreenPoints™).
