A brief description of the institution’s community garden:
The Williams College Community Garden provides a peaceful and inviting gardening space for the Williams community and beyond, with a mix of students, faculty, staff, and other community members working side by side. As we work to cultivate our gardens we also foster wellness, create a sustainable environment for the production of food, and enrich the connection between friends and neighbors. The Garden is located on the north side of Poker Flats on the campus of the College, west of Stetson Road. The Community Garden Steering Committee includes the leader of the student garden club - Williams Sustainable Growers - and all efforts are made to share information and collaborate between the two entities.
