The Zilkha Center and the Center for Environmental Studies both compile and circulate newsletters about initiatives and events on campus. Over 900 people are subscribed to the Zilkha Center newsletter. The Zilkha Center also maintains an active Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter account.

A brief description of the signage that highlights sustainability features on campus:
We have signage highlighting various sustainability features on campus including how to properly dispose of waste (compost, recycle, dish return, trash), EV charging signage, and signs in and around our gardens.
In addition, we have signage around many buildings that are LEED and/or Living Building Challenge certified. This includes the Class of 1966 Environmental Center which has signage around the building that describes features that comply with the Living Building Challenge. Information is posted throughout about the net zero water usage, the materials used in the building, and other energy saving features of the building. Buildings such as Ft. Bradshaw and Hollander also host signage highlighting their certifications.

The Williams College interactive map has a layer that identifies Sustainability features across campus. The map also includes a self-guided sustainability walking tour with audio recordings. Tours of the Class of '66 Environmental Center are given upon request.

The Bell Book is the Cliff Notes guide to college living for incoming first years. It includes a section about sustainability and it also integrates sustainability into the What to Bring and What Not to Bring lists.
Also, there are news articles on the sustainability website with tips for a sustainable move-in and move-out, conserving energy, etc.
