Laurier leadership teams are committed to fostering an inclusive environment and listening to your concerns and aspirations. The Have Your Say at Laurier Engagement survey is a short survey providing staff and faculty an opportunity to share their perspectives about working at Laurier. Participate in the Have Your Say survey means helping to guide meaningful change, both within your work environment and across the university.

A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation (including examples from the previous three years):
•All survey responses are confidential •Survey results​ will be communicated and reviewed with all staff and faculty (early winter 2019) •Action plans will be put in place to increase engagement at Laurier (throughout winter 2019) •Progress on survey actions plans will be regularly communicated
