A brief description of the method(s) used to gather data about student commuting, including the timeframe for when the analysis was conducted and how a representative sample was reached, if applicable:
The Sustainability Office conducted a Transportation Demand Management survey of students in 2015. Graduate and undergraduate students were represented in the sample. The sample size was 65 participants. Participants were recruited from an email sent out to all students. Students could opt in for a gift card draw after participating in the study if they wanted.
