A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction:
An Employee Feedback Survey was conducted by Wilfrid Laurier University and involved university staff and managers in all departments at the university. Questionnaires were distributed both online and in hard copy. The survey response rate was 58.7%. An Employee Action Advisory Committee was struck to address the gaps addressed by the survey results. Their mandate is to provide recommendations to Senior Management with regard specific actions that could be addressed.
