A brief description of the pre-consumer food waste composting program:
The Dining Hall and all other food venues on campus compost 100% of the pre-consumer food waste. Bins to collect organic waste are located in the kitchens, behind the counter of food venues for Food Services staff to use. All Food Services staff are made aware of this organics program.
