The EcoHawks successfully run many different campaigns every year, however no positive impact has been measured beyond increased awareness. For example,

Lug-a-Mug: During this campaign, the Ecohawks put together games and other activities during which free travel mugs are handed out. Students participate in games and educational environmental activities to win travel mugs.

Out of the Bottle: This week long campaign in March provides the Laurier community the opportunity to learn more about the effects of plastic water bottles on the community and society as a whole, while promoting the use of stainless steel bottles. Booths are set up in a high traffic student area with various displays and activities. About 200 stainless steel bottles are given out during this campaign to promote a more sustainable lifestyle.
