Total compensation including medical, dental, life, long term disability, and retirement is $21.20/hour for the lowest paid employee. This excludes mandatory benefits like social security and WA paid family and medical leave - which would add another $1.03.

The College has made a commitment to pay a minimum of $15/hour. This is 120% of the current minimum wage, and 94% of the current living wage for a family of four, not taking into account benefits.
