Student: he mission of the Whitman Counseling Center is to help all students who are experiencing psychological difficulties that interfere with success at college. In a safe, confidential environment students are assisted in overcoming personal, emotional and psychological issues that may negatively impact their goals, social functioning and overall Whitman experience. The Counseling Center strives to aid students in acquiring the skills, perspective, and resources necessary to both succeed in the college environment and to pursue a satisfying and productive life.
