All, Some, or None
Business travel Some
Commuting All
Purchased goods and services Some
Capital goods None
Waste generated in operations All
Fuel- and energy-related activities not included in Scope 1 or Scope 2 All
Other categories None

A copy of the most recent GHG emissions inventory:
A brief description of the methodology and/or tool used to complete the GHG emissions inventory, including how the institution accounted for each category of Scope 3 emissions reported above:

Clean Air Cool Planet calculator v8.0 was utilized to calculate emissions model.

Has the GHG emissions inventory been validated internally by personnel who are independent of the GHG accounting and reporting process and/or verified by an independent, external third party?:
No

A brief description of the internal and/or external verification process:

No additional verification is undertaken.

Documentation to support the internal and/or external verification process:

Start and end dates of the performance year and baseline year (or three-year periods):
Start Date End Date
Performance Year July 1, 2015 June 30, 2016
Baseline Year July 1, 2012 June 30, 2013

A brief description of when and why the GHG emissions baseline was adopted (e.g. in sustainability plans and policies or in the context of other reporting obligations):

The GHG baseline was adopted by the Campus Climate Action Task Force. This task force utilized FY2013 as it was the first year where complete records were maintained. FY2013 running from July 1, 2012 to the end of June 2013 were utilized as the base year. The Performance year ran in accordance with the institutional fiscal FY16 which ran from July 1, 2015-June 30, 2016. We maintain records utilizing a fiscal year to fall in line with institutional budget reporting.
