The Eco-Council is responsible for overseeing the funding of student sustainability projects on campus. The committee meets to review applications, delegate funding, and tracking the progress of proposed sustainability projects on campus. The committee is composed of students, staff and faculty members from across campus to ensure that funds are distributed equitably and projects are carried out responsibly.

The Environmental Center supports all the primary sustainability related projects and campaigns on campus, as well as assessing sustainability. Major accomplishments include the maintenance of the on-campus organic garden, which produced 1358 pounds of produce in the 2021-2022 academic year, and the implementation of back-of-house food waste diversion in the dining hall through the Eco-Warrior Grant process.
