At orientation, all new students are required to attend a mandatory session with the Environmental Center. In that session we cover basic campus sustainability topics like appropriate recycling and alternative transportation options, as well as activities that ask students to discuss major sustainability themes and issues. Transfer students are required to take an introductory course that includes a sustainability tour with Environmental Center staff.
