A brief description of the methodology the institution followed to complete the research inventory (including the types of faculty and staff included as researchers):
An email survey containing the definition of sustainability research from STARS was sent out to all deans, asking them to report all faculty members from their departments that are engaged in sustainability research. The attached list was generated based on their responses.
